Orders and Shipping
Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes’ and we currently cannot accept orders online from outside the continental US. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us at email@example.com or 212-485-8800.
All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days via UPS Ground Service. Orders placed online during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day and will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
If an item is backordered, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping charges are based on the number of items purchased with a minimum shipping charge of $4.00.
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within New York State.

Items purchased from Lightbulb Press cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Claims of damaged items must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Returns and exchanges will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code, which you will receive upon contacting our sales department
Items returned or exchanged for credit must be returned to Lightbulb Press within thirty (30) days of receipt of the original order. Please repackage the item(s) in the original box with a copy of your packing slip.
Please ship your item prepaid as we cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.
